An eulogium on Sir Samuel Romilly pronounced at the Royal Athenaeum of Paris on the 26th of December, 1818: by Benjamin Constant and translated and edited by T.C. Morgan, 78p., London, Printed for Henry Colburn, 1819. (A eulogy for Sir Samuel Romilly, a Solicitor General who was known for his attacks on capital punishment for minor felonies and misdemeanors. This homage was criticised at the time of for being too critical of the government.)
