The practice of the High Court of Chancery; With the nature of the several offices belonging to that court, and the reports of many cases wherein relief hath been had, and where denyed; and known as “Choyce Cases in Chancery”; Reprinted from the edition of 1672: n.a., vi+(7)+180+(10), London, Stevens and Haynes, 1870. (A table of cases starts after p. 180. Most of the cases date from 1576-83, during the reign of Eliz. 1, with a few from James I and Philip and Mary. Pages 1-103 contain a treatise on practice in Chancery. The cases are provided on pages 105-180.)
