An act respecting a Court of Appeal for Manitoba; Being Chapter 43 of the Consolidated Statutes of Manitoba 1913: n.a., 17p, (Winnipeg), James Hooper, King’s Pr., 1913? (Prior to 1913, the appeals function of the Manitoba provincial judiciary was executed by the judges of the Court of King’s Bench sitting en banc. With this act the court system took on its contemporary structure. A companion act of 1913, also offered on this site, reorganizes the Court of King’s Bench to reflect its place in the new scheme and updates its functions and procedure in other respects.)
