The All-Canada Law Digest. Edited and compiled by the editorial staff directed by L. A. Schneider. Published in four volumes by Canada Law Book
Company Ltd. (Toronto 1935-1946). Volume 1 has the preface. Vols. 1-3 include digested material under topical headings arranged alphabetically. Volume 4
provides an index of Cases Digested. At time of writeup, the set included Vols. 1, 2 and 4. (On title pages: “Complete Digest of Dominion Law Reports,
Vols. 1 to 1934 Inclusive (188 vols.); also Canadian Annual Digests, 1910 to 1934 inclusive. Also all cases for the period in [listed Canadian and
provincial reports]. Consolidating Consolidated Digests, 1911-1920 and 1920-1925; Canadian Annual Digests, 1926-1934 inclusive.”) An additional volume,
titled First Decennial Supplement to the All-Canada Digest (published 1946) is included: Volume I, including an index of cases and digested material
under the subject headings Abandonment to Labour Organizations. Volume II is not included.
