1845 Report of the Committee of Privileges and Elections regarding the memorial of Archibald Samuel, objecting to the election of Andrew S. Broaddus as delegate from Caroline County. After examining the evidence, and removing illegally cast votes, the committee concluded that Broaddus was the duly elected delegate to represent Caroline County.
