Journal of the proceedings of the Constitutional Convention of Vermont held from June 8-15, 1870. As a result, the constitution was amended with language proposed by the 1869 Council of Censors. Of note, the Council of Censors was abolished and replaced by a new procedure to amend the constitution. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of titles originally held by the Library of Congress).
