The complete text of the Sequoyah Constitution, which was available for $.25 by the State Capital Company of Guthrie, Oklahoma. Of note, this constitution was for the citizens of the Indian Territory, which was ratified by the public in 1905, but Congress failed to take any action to declare Sequoyah a state. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of titles originally held the Oklahoma Historical Society).
