Second Volume of Devereux & Battle’s Law, & the First Volume of Devereux & Battle’s Equity Report; together with an Index to the Names of the Cased.
Prepared by James Iredell. Published in two volumes by Turner & Hughes (Raleigh 1839). Contents include principles drawn from published cases: in Digest
titles, volume I, from Abatement to Grant; and in volume II, Guaranty to Writs, and an Index to the Cases Reported and found in the Digest. In
addition to two volumes, the set includes Vol. III, published by Henry D. Turner (1846), covering the Year 1778 to the Year 1845, including all Digest titles
and an index of cases to be found in this volume of the Digest.
