<1774> Manuscript and printed journals of the proceedings of the Provincial Congress of North Carolina. Included was the journal of the First
Provincial Convention held at New Bern, which began on August 24, 1774. Resolutions from that convention included those against the taxes on teas, which
affirming loyalty to the king. Later journals changed to the Provincial Congress, which included printed declaration of rights, constitution, and
ordinances of Congress, contained in LLMC # 21532-1776-114 and 115. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of titles originally held by the Department of
Archives and History in Raleigh, North Carolina).
