1850 surveys, one which covered the French Broad River, near Asheville, North Carolina, west to the head of Scott's Creek, back to the French Broad River, and east to Salisbury. Of note this survey began on page 9; some information was missing from this document. The second report surveyed land for a turnpike road from Salisbury's west to the Georgia state line. An account and vouchers for this latter survey was also included. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of titles originally held by the Library of Congress).
