New Hampshire Attorney General Opinions, 1896-1952
|
|
Official opinions of the Attorney General of New Hampshire: biennial, 1896/98–1950-52, Concord, var. state printers, 1898–1952. (The original constitution of the State of New Hampshire provided for the creation of an Office of the Attorney general appointed by the Governor and Council. The biennial reports also contain A.G. opinions. Publication of the reports ceased after that of 1950/52. Opinions for 1964-66 were published commercially in a volume published by Equity Publishing and later on opinions were also published for 1986 and 1987. Online opinions are available from LEXIS and WESTLAW from 1977, and from 1997 on the state web site. The fact that in many of the states there were differing patterns of publication for the A.G reports and opinions makes for a confusing literature. To minimize confusion in its online offerings, LLMC has chosen to group all of the U.S. state attorney generals’ reports and opinions in two separate series for each state. For the New Hampshire A.G. Reports, see the separate Reports series elsewhere on this site.)
