A proclamation : ... inasmuch as ... three hundred and fifty men are intended to be raised by a voluntary inlistment, I have thought it for His Majesty's service, to publish the wages, bounty and gratuities resolved to be allowed ... Given at Portsmouth at arms, February 28th, 1757.
