Secretary of the Commonwealth. Estimate for repair of Charles River and Warren Bridges, 1842
Senate No. 29 On February 5, 1842, the Secretary of the Commonwealth forwarded documents on the repairs of the Warren Bridge. The Charles River
Bridge was mentioned in passing, but its repairs had been completed. On February 4, 1842, the numbers for the Warren Bridge had been passed to the
Secretary--the total cost was barely under $16,000. The detailed plan for the Warren Bridge had been written in July 1841. (Digitized from a microfilm
copy of title originally held by the Library of Congress).
