|
SEE ALSO 53358 House No. 19 On January 8, 1840, the surveyor submitted a report. West of the Connecticut River was nearly ready for the printer, except for one town that was poorly surveyed by others. He listed reasons why other parts weren't finished. The first map, without topography, would be ready by October 1, 1840. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of title originally held by the Massachusetts State Library).
