Every presiding officer of a Masonic Society had to provide an annual report with names of new members, the manner of their initiation, financial
details of the Lodge, property owned, etc. or face an undefined fine. The information was never to be used against the reporter. (Digitized from a
microfilm copy of title originally held by the Massachusetts State Library).
Title:   The Committee on the Judiciary, to whom were referred several petitions, praying for the passage of an act concerning Masonic societies, have had the subject under consideration, and report the accompanying bill.
