1750 Observations relating to the present circumstances of the province of Massachusetts Bay to the consideration of the General Assembly. After
noting the heavy taxes, military expeditions that the province had experienced over the last years, and the subsequent assistance from the Parliament to
deal with the public debt, the author then addressed other issues. Included were the need for better soil, more inhabitants and other concerns.
