1773-12-01, Meeting to prevent unloading of tea

December 1, 1773 meeting by the people of Boston and the surrounding towns at Faneuil Hall to determine the best method to prevent the unloading, receiving, or selling of the East-India tea. Included were resolutions to so support, as well as voting to have the Committee of Correspondence determine that no ships attempt to unload said tea. In addition, a manuscript of a call to action, dated November 29, 1773 was also attached to this document. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of title originally held by the Harvard University Library in Cambridge, Massachusetts (c.1), the Massachusetts Historical Society Library (c.2) and the Boston Public Library (c.3), and the American Antiquarian Society Library in Worcester, Massachusetts (c.4)).
