Constitution, ordinances and resolutions of the Georgia Convention which was assembled in pursuance of the Reconstruction Acts of Congress, and held
by order of General Pope in Atlanta in 1867-1868, which were sold for $1.00. Of note, Article II, Franchise and Elections, did not prevent any blacks
or former from voting, consistent with the other provisions of the article. Included was an index to the provisions. (Digitized from a microfilm
copy of title originally held by the Library of Congress).
