Community Mobilization; third, Crimes Code; fourth, Treatment; fifth, Drug-free Families, Schools and Workplaces; and sixth, Executive Summary. The first
five volumes include a list of Commission members and the Executive Director’s Preface, by Gary Tennis and the letter from Lee P. Brown to his
colleagues on the Commission. (From Brown’s letter: “[T]he Commission has developed a comprehensive package of legislative initiatives, with specific
recommendations …” for more effective criminal laws, civil remedies, comprehensive education and prevention tools; and to encourage workplace initiatives
and employee assistance programs, and enhanced drug treatment for those who need it.)
