(This work was originally intended as a revision of Asa Kinne’s work “Most important parts of Blackstone’s Commentaries, reduced to questions and answers” originally published in 1838, The author soon discovered that a new work was required in order to incorporate all the additional material. Twenty-two questions are presented and one paragraph answers provided. This impression is from the same plates as the 1886 new edition. A subject index begins on p.375.)
