Code of Alfred the Great was the laws compiled by Alfred the Great around 893 AD. He codified three prior Saxon codes to which he incorporated rules
from the Mosaic Code and the Christian code of ethics. Part One of this volume contains an annotated bibliography of editions and translations of the
