Sweet and Maxwell Limited, 1921. ( The second edition of Tyssen's Law of Charitable Bequests. The the authors were given access to the annotated copy
of the original edition. The second edition reflects the changes made by the Mortmain and Charitable Uses Act of 1891 and decisions since the first
edition. The table of contents is located on p.v, a table of cases begins on p.vii, a table of statutes begins on p. xxxviii, and a subject index begins
on p.239. Chapters provide a history of the subject, a discussion of what qualifies as a charity, and the procedures involved. The Appendix reprints
the Mortmain and Charitable Uses Acts of 1888 and 1891, and the Mortmain and Charitable Uses Act Amendment Act of 1892.)
