volumes by W.H. Anderson Company (Cincinnati 1918). The Preface states that Volume I (§§ 1-888_ “treats the law of receivers as laid down by the
courts," and Volume II (§§ 889-908) presents “the law of receivers as expressed by the acts of Parliament, the acts of Congress and the acts of the
various state legislatures.” A Table of Cases is in Vol. I, and the index is in Vol. II.
