Salt Lake City daily tribune, <1872>
<1872> Salt Lake City Daily Tribune and Utah Mining Gazette. According to the Utah History Encyclopedia
(https://www.uen.org/utah_history_encyclopedia/s/SALT_LAKE_TRIBUNE.shtml)m the newspaper began as the result of a movement to oppose the political and economic policies of the Mormon Church,
although under a different banner (Mormon Tribune). The name changed and in 1871 the paper became the Salt Lake Daily Tribune and Utah Mining Gazette.
