<1859> Territorial Enterprise, published in Carson Valley Utah Territory. 1858-1861. "First newspaper ever to be printed in the howling wilderness
of Nevada." Issue of vol. 1, no. 26 (July 30, 1859) contains the proceedings of the Constitutional Convention to form the Nevada Territory, held in
Genoa, Carson Valley, Utah Territory. In 1861, title changed to Daily territorial enterprise. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of titles originally held
