Three volume set of the official report of the debates and proceedings in the Nebraska Constitutional Convention from June 13 to August 19, 1871. A
notation indicated that these journals were from the original shorthand notes of various attendees. The third volume contained an address to the
voters (p.425) and the proposed constitution. Various articles on the "Incipient Convention of 186" began on paged 470; Enabling Act of 1864 and
convention (page 476), and the convention of 1871 and 1875 (page 500). (Digitized from a microfilm copy of titles originally held the Library of Congress).
