Joint Standing Committee of Investigation into the affairs of the State departments. After investigation and examination of various statements, the
committee recommended a bill (not included) which provided various changes regarding the Treasurer and Comptroller office. A supplement which
contained the statement of the Office of the Bank Comptroller was also attached to this document. Also contained was an appendix containing various exhibits
of financial and other relevant matters. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of titles originally held by the Library of Congress).
