Ordinances of the convention at Wheeling begun on June 11, 1861. Of note, this was a pro-Union assembly, that sought to overturn the secession of
Virginia, and ultimately resulted in another separate Virginia government. This eventually became West Virginia. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of
