1783-1792 Vermont Journal and the Universal Advertiser, which was printed in Windsor by the partnership of Alden Spooner and George Hough. Of note,
this was the second newspaper printed in Vermont and was first published on August 7, 1783. Included were national, local, and international news, as
well as notices, and in some editions, poetry or literature. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of titles originally held by the Library of Congress).
