Journal of the Council of Censors at their June, October, and November 1827 in Montpelier and Burlington, published in Montpelier in 1828. Of note
the Vermont Constitution provided that this review council of thirteen elected members determine if the legislative and executive branches properly
served the people, as well as if any constitutional convention should be called. Included was an address to the freemen of the state which presented
