1870 Proceedings of the Investigating Committee of the General Assembly, in three volumes, regarding charges of misuse or misapplication of public
funds against Governor Rufus Bullock. Of note, this was an investigation of a Democratic legislature against a Republican governor. The second
(majority) and third (minority) volume listed the eleven charges and the committee's findings regarding each; the majority did not sustain the charges.
