SEE ALSO 51842, 51879 H.R. No. 19 An Act in addition to the several acts respecting the general powers and duties of manufacturing corporations,
1828. The amount of capital stock of a corporation would be fixed at its incorporation. Once someone has fully paid for the stock they have purchased,
that person is no longer individually liable for the corporation's debts. Each corporation had to adopt this language into its charter. (Digitized
