Description and Holding Information
General Court. Act to alter times of holding the Supreme Judicial Court, 1826
An act to alter the times of holding the Supreme Judicial Court, 1826. The Court sat in many locations in the State. The time in Concord changed
from March to April, but all the other locations changed to somewhat different days in the fall. The times for currently scheduled proceedings would
have to be adjusted. One would need a current calendar to figure it out, e.g., Monday next preceding the 4th Tuesday of September. (Digitized from a
microfilm copy of title originally held by the Massachusetts State Library).
