1936 Report to the Governor regarding a trip to Quebec to negotiate a survey and possible aid for a railroad from Quebec to the Atlantic seaboard.
This trip was favorable for such a connection; of note, the two representatives did not suggest a final terminal on the seaboard, but left it to the
