Gray. Virginia's cure … 1662
Robert Gray's (Greene?) treatise entitled "Virginia's cure, or, An advisive narrative concerning Virginia discovering the true ground of that
churches unhappiness, and the only true remedy," and printed in London in 1662. The title page indicated that this treatise was presented to the Lord Bishop
of London on September 2. 1661 and printed for Virginia citizens. The treatise criticized the lack of church orthodoxy in Virginia, and created a
plan for rectifying this situation. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of title originally held by the Henry E. Huntington Library in San Marino,
California).
