Declaration of the state of Virginia. 1620
"A Declaration of the State of the Colonie and Affaires in Virginia," written by His Majesty's Council for Virginia and printed in London in 1620.
This document described Virginia and its resources and was divided into various sections, including one listing shipping, men, and provisions sent to
Virginia in 1619 by the Virginia Company; and indices of the various "adventurers" and the amounts paid to the treasurer. Also included were a series
of orders and constitutions (printed in 1619 and 1620) regarding the governance of Virginia, the conduct of meetings and business, and the election of
