Booklet entitled "True Declaration of the estate of the Colonie in Virginia," which was published under the authority of the Council of Virginia in London in 1610. The authors discussed whether colonization is lawful, feasible and profitable, and sought to provide a "confutation of such scandalous reports as have tended to disgrace of so worthy an enterprise."
