1842? Memorial of Judge John Scott to the charges of Martin P. Brooke of Fauquier County addressed to the House of Delegates. Of note, Brooke
accused Scott of various improper actions in his official duties; in response, Scott reviewed and denounced each charge, as well as protested the House's
