Dialogue between between Thomas Sweet-Scented, William Orono, Planters, both men of good understanding, and Justice Love-country, who can speak for
himself. This third edition was recommended to planters, and written by a "sincere lover of Virginia." William Parks printed the volume in
Williamsburg in 1732, which was sold for eight pence. This publication supported the Tobacco Act of 1730 and purportedly was written by Lieutenant-Governor
