Constitutional Convention Document 26 and 28, which contained, respectively, the 1861 report and second report from the Committee on Railroad
Connections, along with accompanying documents. The first report concurred that various railroad connections, referred in a Convention resolution, should be
made. The second report reiterated the need for these connections with some changes, as well as endorsing a proposed amended ordinance (not
