1829 Virginia Constitutional Convention Journal, acts, proceedings, reports and amended Constitution, which was adopted on January 14, 1830. Of
note, James Madison and James Monroe attended the convention; Monroe was elected President of this convention (see LLMC #22170-001). Various reports were
found in 22170-002, along with convention rules and tables and the amended Constitution. 22170-003 contained the Bill of Rights from 1776 and the
