1833 Report of the Senate Select Committee regarding what part of state printing is compensated through the salaries of the Public Printer and which
part is considered extra printing. In addition, the committee examined whether a specific annual contract for printing should be used, rather than
the current method. The committee did not approve of the current method of compensation plus extra printing, and suggested the annual contract to
