1828? Report of Commissions appointed by the General Assembly to review various rivers in the state for possible improvements in navigation to better
facilitate transportation of goods and trade. Included in this document were two reports, from 1826 and 1827, by C. Crozet, Principal Engineer,
which reviewed the improvements on the James River by locks and dams and sluices as of 1826, and a survey of the river in 1827. (Digitized from a
microfilm copy of title originally held by the Library of Congress).
