1864? Report of the Committee on Confederate Relations regarding which officers were necessary for the proper administration of state government, per
the Confederate States act that did not exempt any state officers between 17-50 years. The committee recommends the adoption of resolutions which
designated certain officers in various departments as indispensable, including the members of the General Assembly. See LLMC #22658 for a related
