1737, Comm. appoint to examine dispute between S. Carolina and Georgia
1737 Report of the South Carolina House committee appointed to examine the disputes between the two colonies of Georgia and South Carolina. This was
a boundary issue and the committee concluded that Charles II's charter gave certain areas to South Carolina, not Georgia. In addition there were
discussions regarding trade, passage on the various riverways, and Indian issues. This appeared to be a second printing of a report reported in LLMC
#21196, with corrections. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of title originally held by Public Record Office in London, England).
Title:   Report of the committee, appointed to examine into the proceedings of the people of Georgia, with respect to the province of South-Carolina, and the disputes subsisting between the two colonies.
