by First Auditor Robert Johnston in compliance of an October 17, 1859 resolution from the Virginia Reform Convention. (Digitized from a microfilm

Title:   A statement shewing the average value of lands per acre, for the years 1800, 1820, 1840 and 1850, the value of buildings on other than town property, added to the value of land for the years 1820, 1840 and 1850, in ascertaining the average value thereof, and also the average value of buildings on town lots in 1820, 1840 and 1850 : arranged into the four grand divisions of the commonwealth. Prepared in part compliance with a resolution adopted by the convention, on the 17th October, 1850.
