William Penn's letterbook from June 21, 1681 to August 1703 in two groups. Of note, in 1681,King Charles gave William Penn the charter to land now
Pennsylvania and Delaware in order to pay off some debts. Penn subsequently traveled to the America colonies and arrived in New Castle in 1682.
