Constitution of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, printed in 1784 and a committee report determining whether the governor and legislature exercised
their powers consistent with said constitution. The Council of Censors found various instances of "departure from the Frame of Government," as noted
in the report. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of the title originally held by the Library of Congress).
