Report of the Joint Committee on the memorial of the Regents of the University of Maryland which claimed that the governors of the University, based
on the charter and a court decision, gave them ownership of the institution. Following a conclusion that the state did intrude on the domain of the
memorialists, the committee attached a proposed bill to rectify said situation. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of title originally held by the
