Title:   By His Excellency William Tryon, Esq ; Governor and commander in chief of the province of New-York ... : Convinced by experiecnce, of the beneficial tendency of the assurances, lately given by the admiral of His Majesty's fleet, against the impressing of certain persons employed in the privateering service, with the encouragements I offered in my proclamation of the twenty-fourth of December last ... Given under my hand and seal, at arms, at Kingsbridge out-post, the 8th day of March, 1779.
